FLAT TUMMY TIP: GET EXTRA ENERGY

Everyone needs extra energy now and then, and often many people don’t work out or continue to do their flat tummy exercises because of lack of energy. Lack of energy is the number one reason people don’t exercise regularly. When you are energized you tend to want to workout and more often. Below is a good tip to getting extra energy that you need and will give you a boost, plus your tummy will benefit from it.

In the morning, right when you wake up do the following 3 quick easy exercises to boost your energy. No need to get gym clothes on, just do this workout right out of bed.

First, make sure you do a good stretch

1- 50 Jumping Jacks, 25 crunches, 25 scissor kicks, 50 squats-  REPEAT (optional)

That’s it , 3 minutes and this will give you an energy boost and if your mornings are booked full and you can get a workout in the morning, then do this 3 minute workout and it should carry you over so you can get a workout in later in the day. This is especially good for those who can’t workout in the morning.

WHY THE MORNING?

By exercising in the morning you will dramatically boost your metabolism, and experience an endorphin high that will make you feel great. TIP: If you do a full workout in the morning consistently you can lose 2 pounds a week.
