Minimize The Fats

Eat Every Three Hours

Make this a habit. Eat 5 times a day, 2 meals and 3 snacks and eat every three hours. This will help you from your body going hungry and you will eat less.. Start with eating breakfast within 1 hour of waking up, this is essential not to miss breakfast. Studies has showed when people eat breakfast they eat less throughout the day.

Muscle Confusion

Top of the tip list is muscle confusion. It’s important to change up your exercises often. Your muscles will become immune to the same workout after awhile, will stop performing and you will see no results. Change your routine frequently, you will feel and notice the difference.You can’t let your muscles get use to the same workout. Don’t Eat Too Fast.

Anti-Bloating Foods and Drinks.

A few studies suggest that peppermint tea, ginger, pineapple, parsley, and yogurts containing probiotics (“good” bacteria) may help reduce bloating as well as dandelion tea. Also, when your bloating from too much salt or you had a junk food binge, try eating a banana afterwards. It’s loaded with potassium and helps with the bloating.
