Easy No Bake Energy Bites. Yum!

Another good snack when your watching what you eat for a flat tummy. When you want a lite bite and a little more energy, this super easy no bake energy bites is the answer.  These little balls of energy are addicting and quick to make.  Don’t feel guilty, they’re healthy!

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed together.  Let mixture chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. When chilled, remove from refridgerator , roll into balls and enjoy!  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.  Tip: Mix together the vanilla with the honey, then add the other ingredients so the vanilla is evenly distributed.
